e-txt option enables you to receive SMS Text messages reporting the status of Ethos. e-txt will either respond to your request for a status update or can automatically report changes of operational status as they occur. e-txt can report events such as Out of Service and will confirm date, time, floor position, door status and fault condition. You can even send Ethos a text message to be read by the engineer on site
